This blog will be shorter than most since I am taking a few days off to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with my wife.  But I didn't want the day to come and go without letting all of you know how THANKFUL I am for all the wonderful friends in my life!  I am discovering more and more that the truly valuable things in life are not things at all, but the people with whom we share this journey.  As a Methodist Pastor, ministry has taken me to numerous churches and given me the opportunity to serve with thousands of wonderful people over the years.   In each location God has surrounded me with incredible friends.  It is currently my joy and privilege to serve with the great folks at Sugarloaf UMC.  This Thanksgiving, I will be expressing to God gratitude for the friendships I am experiencing there.  If you are one of those people reading this...I hope you know how truly blessed I feel to be serving Christ with you!
